OUR WARRANTY

 Purple Brush Painting strives to provide the best customer service possible. We offer a warranty on most projects. We will discuss our warranties with you at the time of your estimate and tailor a warranty to your specific project as they can vary with the existing level of the substrates to be painted, the level of prep desired, the quality of materials used, and the number of coats.

We guarantee the lasting paint job and not what happens underneath it.

The Interior project will get 3 to 6 years warranty

The Exterior project will get 1 to 4 years warranty

Unless noted otherwise, our warranties cover chipping, peeling, and blistering; Some items are excluded from all warranties. Items never warrantied include:

• Mechanical damage to the painted surface such as trees/shrubs/animal damage
• Damage from cleaning the painted surface, weed trimmers, etc.
• Color fade
• Wood rot
• Concrete sealers cannot be warrantied more than 2 years

• Mechanical damage
• Drywall crack repairs that reappear
• Nail pop repairs that reappear
• Horizontal painted surfaces such as mantels, handrails, built-in shelves, etc.
• Staining of painted surfaces from foreign materials such as ink, wine, grease, etc.
• Damage to the painted surface from cleaning with harsh chemicals/solvents
• Damage to the painted surface from repeated contact with skin oils

The above items are outside our control and will not be covered under any warranty agreement. If you have questions about any of the above, ask us for clarification at the time of your estimate or completion of your project.
